MINIMUM WAGE AND BENEFITS

We ensure that all our virtual staff are compensated fairly. Our minimum wage is double the legal minimum wage in the Philippines, and we regularly monitor government rates to make necessary adjustments. As independent contractors, they still receive additional rewards, including a 13th-month pay bonus at the end of the year, equivalent to an extra month's pro rata pay.
