Where it started?
Our founder encountered a group of small business owners who faced significant difficulties in hiring staff due to the financial challenges associated with their new ventures. Consequently, they found themselves managing all tasks independently, leading to exhaustion and an imbalance between work and personal life. Furthermore, they had numerous queries regarding accounting software, manufacturing, supply chain management, tax compliance, website development, logo creation, social media, and other essential business operations. These business owners often felt lost and overwhelmed, seeking not just answers, but the right guidance to mitigate the risks of losing money, effort, and time.
Recognising these challenges, our founder devised a solution to assist small business owners by offering offshore virtual staff to support their daily operations. This approach not only alleviates the financial burden but also provides access to skilled professionals who can help manage various aspects of the business efficiently. MINIMUM WAGE AND BENEFITS
We ensure that all our virtual staff are compensated fairly. Our minimum wage is double the legal minimum wage in the Philippines, and we regularly monitor government rates to make necessary adjustments. As independent contractors, they still receive additional rewards, including a 13th-month pay bonus at the end of the year, equivalent to an extra month's pro rata pay.

In the Philippines, where the unemployment rate is significantly high, we are committed to paying our virtual staff subcontractors double the local minimum wage in the Philippines as our company’s policy and set minimum wage. Get to know our founder
Sheeryn grew up in the Philippines and moved to Australia in 2006 as a skilled migrant on a permanent resident visa. She then became an Australian citizen in 2009. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and her career began in Human Resources within a manufacturing firm, where her potential was promptly recognised for her enthusiasm, creativity, can-do attitude, and willingness to embrace new challenges. After a year, she was invited by the Managing Director to join the Merchandising team, a role she accepted, which ignited her passion for pursuing a different career path. Over the past 20 years, she has built a successful career covering buying, sales, accounting, product development, design, procurement, contract management, supply chain, and logistics. Although she has not had the opportunity to fully practise her Psychology degree, it has been invaluable in refining her negotiation skills and understanding human dynamics.
She is widely regarded as a “Jill of all trades” by her friends, family, and colleagues for her adaptability and readiness to tackle diverse challenges. With hands-on experience across the range of services she offers, she has cultivated a broad network of connections across multiple industries and sectors.
A strategic, systematic, and results-driven professional, Sheeryn brings a solutions-oriented approach to her work. She has a proven track record of introducing innovative methods and processes that drive organisational improvements and deliver measurable value. Her extensive experience spans private and public organisations, from SMEs (Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) to multinational corporations, across diverse industries, including manufacturing (food, skincare, clothing, bags, and accessories), wholesale, retail, FMCG, government, engineering, commodities, recreation, hospitality, health, real estate, and non-profits. Recognised for her ability to drive improvements and implement strategic initiatives, Sheeryn is a dedicated team player who thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
Outside of work, Sheeryn is an active volunteer with the NSW State Emergency Service and her church. She loves to travel and had a gap year exploring the USA, Canada, Europe, and Tanzania, where she served in an orphanage for four months. She is also passionate about photography, creative pursuits, and a plant mother.
With her upbringing in the Philippines, Sheeryn has a deep understanding of Filipino culture, giving her an edge in effectively leading our business. Combined with her insights and experience living in Australia, she possesses a unique understanding of the dynamics of both cultures.
